Refund policy

Free returns within 14 days

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund, no reason required. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Condition of returned items

Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and, whenever possible, in their original packaging with all accessories included.

How to start a return

Email us at supportnyzvolt@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us, so we can make sure it reaches the right address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the refund. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to show the credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Order cancellations
